The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 224, 225(2) and 227 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

AiB may relieve any person from the consequences of any failure to comply with a provision of these Regulations that is shown to be due to mistake, oversight or other reasonable cause.
