The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 88C, 88F and 138(7) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998[^f00001].
Citation, commencement and extent

- (1) These Regulations may be cited as the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.
- (2) These Regulations come into force on 6th November 2025.
- (3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Explanatory Note
These Regulations amend the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/8).
Regulation 2 amends Schedule 4 to those Regulations, to add a new entry for a school - Nancy Reuben Primary School - and a rabbinic authority for that school - Office of the Rabbis of Od Yosef Hai Synagogue, Hendon - to the table in Part 1.
An Explanatory Memorandum is published alongside these Regulations on www.legislation.gov.uk.
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.
