The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 88C, 88F and 138(7) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998[^f00001].

Amendment of Schedule 4 to the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2012

In the table in Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2012[^f00002] (Rabbinic authorities and other representative bodies), before the entry relating to “Office of Rabbi of The Gateshead Jewish Community” insert—

“Office of the Rabbis of Od Yosef Hai Synagogue, Hendon Nancy Reuben Primary School Barnet NW4 1DJ”.

Explanatory Note

These Regulations amend the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/8).

Regulation 2 amends Schedule 4 to those Regulations, to add a new entry for a school - Nancy Reuben Primary School - and a rabbinic authority for that school - Office of the Rabbis of Od Yosef Hai Synagogue, Hendon - to the table in Part 1.

An Explanatory Memorandum is published alongside these Regulations on www.legislation.gov.uk.

A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.
