publishing, for 2006, the agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds introduced by Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1784/2003 of 29 September 2003 on the common organisation of the market in cereals ([^E0001]), and the other regulations on the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products,
Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 of 17 December 1987 establishing an agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds ([^E0002]), and in particular the fourth paragraph of Article 3,
Whereas:
- (1) The full version of the refund nomenclature valid at 1 January 2006, as it ensues from the regulatory provisions on export arrangements for agricultural products, should be published.
- (2) The amendments to the Combined Nomenclature applicable from 2006 concerning cheeses introduced by Regulation (EC) No 1719/2005 ([^E0003]) must be taken into consideration and the refund nomenclature must be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
Article 1
Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 is amended as follows:
- 1.Annex I is replaced by Annex I to this Regulation;
- 2.Annex II is replaced by Annex II to this Regulation.
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
