The data is open source. Why would I pay?
The raw Markdown files are free on GitHub. The API adds structured search, reform history, rate limit headers, webhooks, and zero maintenance. At €29/month, it costs less than one hour of your developer's time.
What happens when I hit the limit?
Monthly quota: you get a 10% grace buffer before hard rejection, and an email warning at 80% usage. Per-minute rate limit: you get a 429 with a Retry-After header — just wait a few seconds. Every response includes X-RateLimit headers so you can track usage programmatically.
When do my requests reset?
Free resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC. Pro monthly billing includes 50,000 requests for each paid month from the subscription start date. Pro annual billing includes twelve monthly quotas of 50,000, following that same date. The 29th, 30th or 31st uses the last day in shorter months and returns to the original day when available. Unused requests do not roll over. Payment is required to open a new paid period; cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends.
Does the MCP connector have its own quota?
No — it shares this one. The connector signs in with the same account and every call it makes counts against the same monthly requests, so upgrading raises both at once.
Can I switch tiers?
Choose Pro monthly or annual billing through Checkout. Manage billing periods, renewal, invoices and payment details from Billing. Enterprise requires an accepted written offer. Free signup is instant.
