LegalizeCommission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/856 of 25 May 2021 determining the date on which the European Public Prosecutor’s Office assumes its investigative and prosecutorial tasks
Article 1
The European Public Prosecutor’s Office shall assume the investigative and prosecutorial tasks conferred on it by Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 on 1 June 2021.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
