Επείγοντα μέτρα εφαρμογής του ν. 4334/2015 (Α΄ 80).

Ο ΠΡΟΕΔΡΟΣ

ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗΣ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑΣ

Εκδίδομε τον ακόλουθο νόμο που ψήφισε η Βουλή:

Άρθρο 1

Τροποποιήσεις στον Κώδικα Πολιτικής Δικονομίας «Άρθρο πρώτο

1.

Από το ΒΙΒΛΙΟ ΠΡΩΤΟ (ΓΕΝΙΚΕΣ ΔΙΑΤΑΞΕΙΣ, άρθρα 1 έως 207) του Κώδικα Πολιτικής Δικονομίας καταργείται η διάταξη του άρθρου 147 παράγραφος 3.
