Intoxicating Liquor (Amendment)(No. 2) Act , 1929
1 Limited and temporary amendment of hours of sale on Sunday the 14th day of July, 1929.
1.—In respect of Sunday the 14th day of July, 1929, and so far as relates to the County Borough of Cork only, paragraph (c) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1927 (No. 15 of 1927) shall be construed and have effect as if for the word “two” now contained therein there were substituted the word “five” and as if for the word “five” now contained therein there were substituted the word “eight.”
2 Short title, construction and citation.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1929, and this Act shall be construed as one with the Licensing (Ireland) Acts, 1833 to 1929, and this Act shall hereafter be included in the expression the Licensing (Ireland) Acts, 1833 to 1929.
