1 Continuance of the Poor Relief (Dublin) Act, 1929.

1.—Notwithstanding anything contained in the Poor Relief (Dublin) Act, 1931 (No. 7 of 1931), the Poor Relief (Dublin) Act, 1929 (No. 40 of 1929), as modified by section 102 of the Local Government (Dublin) Act, 1930 (No. 27 of 1930), shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1937, and shall then expire.

2 Short title and citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Poor Relief (Dublin) Act, 1936.

(2) This Act and the Poor Relief (Dublin) Acts. 1929 and 1931 may be cited together as the Poor Relief (Dublin) Acts, 1929 to 1936.
