1 The Principal Act.

1.—In this Act—

the expression “the Principal Act” means the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Act, 1940 (No. 27 of 1940).

2 Amendment of the Principal Act.

2.—Section 2 of the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Act, 1941 (No. 21 of 1941), is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that each of the two references to the 3rd day of September, 1941, contained in sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Principal Act, shall be construed as a reference to the 3rd day of September, 1943.

3 Short title and collective citation.

3.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Act, 1942.

(2) This Act and the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Acts, 1940 and 1941, may be cited together as the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Acts, 1940 to 1942.
