PRINCIPE DI PIEMONTE

LUOGOTENENTE GENERALE DEL REGNO

In virtu' dell'autorita', a Noi delegata;

Visto il decreto-legge 2 agosto 1943, n. 704, che sopprime il partito nazionale fascista;

Visto il R. decreto-legge 9 agosto 1943, n. 720, riguardante la devoluzione allo Stato dei patrimoni di non giustificata provenienza:

Visto il R. decreto-legge 28 dicembre 1943, n. 29/B, per la defascistizzazione delle Amministrazioni dello Stato, degli Enti locali e parastatali, degli Enti comunque sottoposti a vigilanza o tutela dello Stato e delle Aziende private esercenti servizi pubblici o di interesse nazionale;

Visto il R. decreto-legge 26 maggio 1944, n. 134, per la, punizione dei delitti e degli illeciti del fascismo;

Visto il R. decreto-legge 12 aprile 1944, n. 101, recante norme integrative dei Regi decreti legge 28 dicembre 1943, n. 29/B, e 6 gennaio 1944, n. 9;

Visto il decreto-legge Luogotenenziale 25 giugno 1944, n. 151, concernente l'Assemblea per la nuova costituzione dello Stato, il giuramento dei Memibri del Governo e la facolta', del Governo di emanare norme giuridiche;

Visto il R. decreto-legge 30 ottobre 1943, n. 2/B, riguardante la sospensione delle norme relative all'emanazione, promulgazione, registrazione e pubblicazione dei Regi decreti e di altri provvedimenti;

Visto il R. decreto-legge 29 maggio 1944, n. 141, che istituisce presso la sede del Governo una Sezione speciale di controllo della, Corte dei conti;

Vista la deliberazione del Consiglio dei Ministri;

Sulla

proposta del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri, Primo Ministro Segretario di Stato, di concerto con tutti i Ministri; Abbiamo sanzionato e promulghiamo quanto segue:
