The cost of the Spanish Translation Service (“STEs”) shall be distributed among the countries or territories that are part of the Spanish Language Group, according to their contribution category in the Union.
CHAPTER VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 136. Effective Date and Duration of the General Regulations
These General Regulations shall enter into force on January 1, 2010, and shall remain in force until the effective date of the Acts of the next Congress.
