Made: 22nd October 1992

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 1(3) of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 I hereby make the following order:—

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (1991 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992.

Appointed day

2

The following provisions of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 shall come into operation on 1st November 1992—

(a) Article 6; and

(b) Article 8 and the Schedule so far as they relate to the Criminal Jurisdiction Act 1975 and the Criminal Damage (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 .
