Made: 15th November 1994

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 1(2) of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1994[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:—

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (1994 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1994.

Appointed day

2

The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 shall be 9th January 1995.
