To be laid before Parliament under paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974

Coming into operation: 25th January 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952[^f00001] and now vested in me[^f00002] I hereby make the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 25th January 1997.

Interpretation

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954[^f00003] shall apply to this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
