The Secretary of State, in pursuance of Article 3(2) of the Public Order (Northern Ireland) Order 1987[^f00001] hereby makes the following regulations:—

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Order (Prescribed Form) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 9th May 1997.

Notice of Public Processions

Advance notice of a public procession shall be given in the Form in the Schedule.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulation.)

This Regulation prescribes the form for notice of a public procession as required by Article 3(2) of the Public Order (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997.
