Coming into operation: 25th March 1997
The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 46(3) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Department of Economic Development, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Revocation

These Regulations revoke the Licensing (Requirements for Accommodation for Guests) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1988[^f00002].
