Made: 26th June 1998

The Secretary of State, in pursuance of Article 1(2) of The Police (Health and Safety) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997[^f00001], hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Police (Health and Safety) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (Commencement) Order 1998.

The Police (Health and Safety) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 shall come into operation on 1st July 1998.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order.)

This Order brings into operation on 1st July 1998 the provisions of the Police (Health and Safety) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997.
