Coming into operation: 1st December 1998
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 116(1) of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978[^f00001], after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice and with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:—
Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the County Court Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1998.
Fees to be taken in proceedings in county courts

For Schedule 1 to the County Court Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996[^f00002] there shall be substituted the new Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order.)
This order amends the County Court Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 so as to increase a number of court fees to be taken in proceedings in county courts.
