Coming into operation: 15th March 1999

The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 65(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981[^f00001] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Bye-Laws:

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Bye-Laws.)

These Bye-Laws prescribe the precise location which may be used as stands or starting places for taxis in the towns of Coleraine, Portstewart and Portrush in the local government district of Coleraine, prescribe the maximum number of taxis which may use these stands or starting places and the hours available for use.
