The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Article 1(2) of the Flags (Northern Ireland) Order 2000[^f00001], hereby makes the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Flags (2000 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000.
Appointed Day
2
The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Flags (Northern Ireland) Order 2000 is the day after the day on which the Order is made.
