The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 1(2) and 73(4)(a) of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999[^f00001], and now vested in it[^f00002], and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Amendment of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (1999 Order) (Commencement No. 3) Order

In Part V of the Schedule to the Welfare Reform and Pensions (1999 Order) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000[^f00003], the entry in respect of Article 5 (duty of employers to facilitate access to stakeholder pension schemes) shall be omitted.

Amendment of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (1999 Order) (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Order

In Article 3(2) of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (1999 Order) (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000[^f00004] (transitional provision in relation to incapacity benefit), for “sections 30A to 30E”, where it first occurs, there shall be substituted “section 30A, 40 or 41”.
