Coming into operation: 1st May 2001

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development[^f00001] and the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure[^f00002], in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(g) of the Fish Industry Act (Northern Ireland) 1972[^f00003] and of every other power enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Assistance of Fish Farming Scheme (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2001.
