Coming into operation: 1st August 2001

The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 65(1) and (2), 67(1) and 110(2) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995[^f00001] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Testing) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2001.

Revocation

The Goods Vehicles (Testing) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000[^f00003] are hereby revoked.
