Coming into operation: 1st July 2002

The Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 5 of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976[^f00001] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf and with the approval of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety hereby makes the following Regulations:—

Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 2 of the principal regulations (registration fees) for “£120” there shall be substituted “£150” and for “£10” there shall be substituted “£100”.
