Made: 22nd February 2002

To be laid before Parliament

Coming into operation: 8th April 2002

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 9(2), 12(2), 22 and 27 of the Legal Aid, Advice and Assistance (Northern Ireland) Order 1981[^f00001] and now vested in him[^f00002], hereby makes the following Regulations:—

For the yearly sums specified in Article 9(1) of the Order[^f00005] there shall be substituted—

For the yearly sum of “£2,767” specified in Article 12(1)(a) of the Order[^f00006] there shall be substituted the yearly sum of “£2,814”.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations.)

These Regulations amend the Legal Aid, Advice and Assistance (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 so as to:

No changes are made to the capital limits.
