The Department of Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1 (2) of the Special Educational Needs and Disability (Northern Ireland) Order 2005[^f00001]:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Special Educational Needs and Disability (2005 Order) (Commencement No 1) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007.
Amendment
2
- (1) The Special Educational Needs and Disability (2005 Order) (Commencement No 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005[^f00002] shall be amended as provided by paragraph (2).
- (2) In the Schedule for the entry “Articles 43 to 48 so far as relating to Chapters I and II of Part III” there shall be substituted the following entry—
Articles 43 to 48 so far as relating to Chapters I and III of Part III
