The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011[^f00001], makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) (2011 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011.
Appointed Day

The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 is 14th December 2011.
