LegalizeLicensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) (2011 Act) (Commencement No.5) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012

The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 18 of the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011[^f00001].
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Licensing and Registration of Clubs Amendment (2011 Act) (Commencement No. 5) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012.
Appointed Day
2
10th December 2012 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Act specified in column 1 of the Schedule, for the purposes set out in column 2 of the Schedule.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 listed in the Schedule to this Order, on 10th December 2012.
