The New NAV List (Time of Valuation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013

Coming into operation: 1st April 2013
The Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 39A(1) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977[^f00001].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the New NAV List (Time of Valuation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2013.
Specification of time
2
1st April 2013 is the time by reference to which a net annual value to be ascribed to any hereditament in a new NAV list coming into force on 1st April 2015 is to be ascertained.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
