The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 25(2), 26(1) and 247(1) of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011[^f00001].
Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Development Management) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 and shall come into operation on 6th July 2015.

In the Schedule (major development thresholds) to the Planning (Development Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015[^f00002] in paragraph 3(c) of column 3 in the table, after “connected to land” insert “and”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Regulation 2 amends the Schedule to the Planning (Development Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 to correct a drafting error in those Regulations.
A Regulatory Impact Assessment has not been prepared in relation to these Regulations.
