Coming into operation: 1st October 2016

The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 34(1) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996[^f00001] and now vested in it[^f00002].

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Register of Licences) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 and come into operation on 1st October 2016.

Amendment of the Licensing (Register of Licences) Regulations

(1) After column 6 of the Schedule to The Licensing (Register of Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997[^f00003] insert a new column, 6A.

(2) In column 6A insert particulars including:-

(i) The grant, renewal, revocation, suspension or surrender of a relevant pavement café licence.

(ii) An alcohol condition attached to a relevant pavement café licence.

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend the Licensing (Register of Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 so that particulars notified in relation to a relevant pavement café licence are recorded in the register of licences.
