The Department of Health[^f00001], in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(3) of the Food Hygiene Rating Act (Northern Ireland) 2016[^f00002], makes the following Order.

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Food Hygiene Rating (2016 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016.

Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Food Hygiene Rating Act (Northern Ireland) 2016, in so far as it is not already in operation, is 7th October 2016.
