Coming into operation: 14th January 2019

The Department for Infrastructure makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972[^f00002].

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Harbour Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018 and come into operation on 14thJanuary 2019.

Revocations

The following Regulations are revoked:–

(a) the Harbour Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003[^f00003]; and

(b) the Harbour Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007[^f00004].

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations revoke the Harbour Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and the Harbour Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007.
