Made: 14th March 2001

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Salmon Conservation (Scotland) Act 2001[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Salmon Conservation (Scotland) Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2001.

Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into force of the Salmon Conservation (Scotland) Act 2001 is 15th April 2001.

Explanatory note

This Order appoints 15th April 2001 as the date on which the Salmon Conservation (Scotland) Act 2001 will come into force.
