The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 34(7) of the Animal Health Act 1981[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order, which extends to Scotland only, establishes the system for ascertaining the value of animals slaughtered because of foot-and-mouth disease.

A Regulatory Impact Assessment has not been prepared.
