The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

Amendment of the Plant Protection Products Regulations 1995

Insert after the last entry in Schedule 4 to the Plant Protection Products Regulations 1995 , the entry–

Commission Directive 2001/87/EC O.J. No. L 276, 19.10.01, p.17

Transitional arrangements for provisional approvals

Revocation

4

Regulation 3 of the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 1997 is revoked.
