The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(2)(a) and 14(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Amendment of the principal Order

(2) (1) Subject to paragraphs (2), (3) and (4), an application for registration under section 7(1) or 8(1) of the Act shall contain the information specified in the Schedule to this Order. (2) Where an application is for registration of a housing support service, paragraphs 5, 31, 32 and 33 of the Schedule shall not apply. (3) Where an application is for registration of a child care agency, paragraphs 12, 31, 32 and 33 of the Schedule shall not apply. (4) Where an application is for registration of a limited registration service, paragraphs 5, 7, 9, 12, 15, 28, 29, 31, 32 and 33 shall not apply.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the Regulation of Care (Applications and Provisions of Advice) (Scotland) Order 2002 so that it specifies the information which is to be provided by a person who makes an application for registration of a housing support service, a child care agency or a limited registration service.
