The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(2) of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Refuges for Children (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010 and come into force on 16thMarch 2010.

Amendment of the Refuges for Children (Scotland) Regulations 1996

(b) the household of a person who is approved as a foster carer under the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009[^f00003],

(c) where a person approved as a foster carer under the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009 has had that approval terminated under those Regulations;

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations make amendments to the Refuges for Children (Scotland) Regulations 1996 consequential upon the coming into force of the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009.
