Made: 24th February 2010

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section22(2) of the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010[^f00001].

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010.

Appointed day

2

The provisions of the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010, in so far as they are not already in force, come into force on 5th April 2010.
