The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (Transfer of Staff) Order 2011

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section103 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (Transfer of Staff) Order 2011 and comes into force on 31stMarch 2011.
Specified persons

The persons listed in the Schedule to this Order, being members of staff of the Scottish Ministers employed in the Executive Agency of the Scottish Ministers known as Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Education in Scotland, are persons specified for the purposes of section103 of the Act.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order specifies sixpersons who are currently employed by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Education in Scotland, who, in accordance with section102 and 103 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, will transfer to become employees of Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland.
