Accordingly, Her Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 Amendment Order 2011 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
Amendment of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002

- (1) The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
- (2) In Part 2 of schedule 2 (persons liable to investigation), after paragraph91B insert “91CArchitecture and Design Scotland”[^f00002].

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends Part2 of schedule2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002. Schedule2 to that Act specifies persons liable to investigation by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. The Order adds Architecture and Design Scotland to the list of persons specified for this purpose.
