The Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Amendment of Specified Authorities) (No. 2) Order 2011

Coming into force in accordance with article 1
In accordance with section 18(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Amendment of Specified Authorities) (No.2) Order 2011 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
Amendment of the list of specified authorities

- (1) Schedule 2 to the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003[^f00002] (the specified authorities) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
- (2) In the listing of the specified authorities—
- (a) under the heading “Executive bodies” insert, at the appropriate place, “Architecture and Design Scotland”;
- (b) under the heading “Advisory bodies” omit “Architecture and Design Scotland”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends schedule 2 to the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 to the effect that “Architecture and Design Scotland” is listed under the heading of Executive bodies rather than Advisory bodies.
