The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section19(2) of the Forced Marriage etc. (Protection and Jurisdiction) (Scotland) Act 2011[^f00001].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Forced Marriage etc. (Protection and Jurisdiction) (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2011 and comes into force on 28th November 2011.
Appointed day
2
28th November 2011 is the day appointed for the whole of the Forced Marriage etc. (Protection and Jurisdiction) (Scotland) Act 2011 (other than section 19 which is already in force) to come into force.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Section 19 of the Forced Marriage etc. (Protection and Jurisdiction) (Scotland) Act 2011 came into force on 28th April 2011. This Order brings the rest of the Act into force on 28thNovember 2011.
