The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Act of Sederunt)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Act of Sederunt appoints the judges who may hear appeals under section7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879. It revokes the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2010, which previously made such provision.
