The Scottish Ministers have consulted with such representative organisations as they think fit in accordance with section 134(2) of the 1984 Act.
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2011 and come into force on 21st December 2011.

The Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2011[^f00003] are revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations revoke the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2011, which would but for the revocation have come into force on 22nd December 2011.
