The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section153 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Non‑Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 and come into force on 31stMarch 2011.

Revocation

Regulation4(3) of the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No.2) Regulations 2010[^f00002] is revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations repeal regulation4(3) of the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No.2) Regulations 2010.

Regulation4(3) refers to the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No.3) Regulations 2010 (S.S.I. 2010/441), which the Scottish Parliament on 2nd February 2011 resolved to annul.
