The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by article11(4)(b) of the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Statutory Instruments) Order 1999[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No.3) Regulations 2010 Revocation Order 2011 and comes into force on 31stMarch 2011.

Revocation

The Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No.3) Regulations 2010[^f00002] are revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order revokes the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No.3) Regulations 2010 which made provision for the amount payable in certain circumstances as non-domestic rates in respect of non-domestic subjects in Scotland.

The Scottish Parliament approved a motion to annul those Regulations on 2ndFebruary 2011.
