The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section206(2) of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011[^f00001].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No.6) Order 2012 and comes into force on 19thSeptember 2012.
Appointed day
2
19thSeptember 2012 is the appointed day for the coming into force of paragraph 10(2)(a) of schedule 1 to the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings into force on 19thSeptember 2012 paragraph 10(2)(a) of schedule1 to the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 providing that the function of the National Convener under paragraph24 of schedule1 to that Act (National Convener’s annual report) may not be delegated.
