The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 33(2)(a) and (3)(a) and 36(1) of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In regulation 3A(g) of the Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Regulations 1989[^f00002], for “1998” substitute “1988”.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend the Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Regulations 1989 to correct an erroneous reference to an Act in regulation 3A. Regulation 3A was inserted by the Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2012.
