Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Crofting Register (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2012 and come into force on 13th January 2013.

(This note is not part of the Rules)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Rules make corrections to clarify the forms for the registration of common grazings prescribed in the Crofting Register (Scotland) Rules 2012.
